The Center for Education Accreditation - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-CEA), as an associate member, participated in the 2020 ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN) Annual General Meeting on 13th November 2020. Representatives from VNU-CEA were Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien – Standing Vice Director and Dr. Dinh Van Toan – Vice Director, along with heads of departments of VNU-CEA. Chaired by Prof. T. Basaruddin – President of AQAN, the Meeting focused on reporting the activities and achievements of AQAN and ASEAN Young Quality Assurance Officers (AYQON), AQAN audit for the year 2019-2020; discussing matters arising from the Minutes of the previous Meeting including AQAN work plan 2020-2025 and status of the new phase of the EU-SHARE project,… The Annual Meeting also elected the new Executive Committee for the next three years: Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Malaysia - President; National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT), Indonesia - Vice President; and 03 members (Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA), Malaysia; Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippines and Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA), Thailand.
